Day 2:

  • 6:00 – Silence, Meditation and Akhanda Yoga Practice
  • 8:00 – Breakfast
  • 10:00 – Fresh juice break
  • 10:30 – Workhsop

  • Reading and Contemplation
  • 5:00 – Yin Yoga
  • 6:30 – Dinner
  • 7:30 – Meditation and Contemplation and Silence

Day 3:

  • 6:00 – Byron Bay lighhouse hike in Silence, Meditation and Akhanda Yoga Practice on the Beach
  • 8:30 – Breakfast
  • 10:00 – Fresh juice break
  • 10:30 – Meditation/ Workshopn and Contemplation and Bush Walk and Circle
  • 12:30 – Lunch
