Its starting to heat up and salads are making an appearance on my plate…I struggle to find recipes that inspire me! This recipe sticks to the most common food rule ‘simple clean flavours’ and it WORKS!
To bulk it up you try pan frying some TOFU.
Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, white wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard together. Whisk vigorously while mixing the sesame and olive oils. Season to taste.
